800.06 Fraud and Deceit--Punitive/Exemplary Damages--Willful and Wanton Conduct--Malicious and Willful Conduct--Violation of Trust and Confidence If you find for the plaintiff and if you find the defendant's conduct was [willful and wanton] [malicious and willful] [a violation of trust or confidence] and caused damage to the plaintiff, and if you believe that justice and the public good require it, you may, in addition to any other damages to which you find the plaintiff entitled, award an amount which will serve to punish the defendant and to deter the defendant and others from similar conduct.
