710.01 Insurance Bad Faith--Duty of Liability Insurer--Definition of Good Faith/Bad Faith--Definition of Ordinary Care In handling the claim of [name of person] against [name of insured] under the insurance policy issued by [name of insurance company], it was the duty of [name of insurance company] to exercise [good faith] [and] [ordinary care] toward the interests of [name of insured].
