200.11 Testamentary Capacity--Effect of Prior Adjudication of Mental Incapacity [A person who has been declared by a court [to be incompetent] [to be in need of mental treatment] [to be mentally retarded] [to be disabled]] [or] [a person who has had a [guardian] [conservator] appointed for him] can still make a valid will if he has the mental capacity to do so.
