This cause coming on to be heard on a Petition for Declaration of Emancipation of a Minor pursuant to 750 ILCS 30/1
et seq. (the Act) due notice having been given to all persons named in said Petition, the Court having considered the
well-pled allegations in the Verified Petition, all testimony and other evidence presented, and having determined that

is a mature minor who is of sound mind, and has the capacity and maturity to manage his/her own affairs
including his/her finances, and that the best interest of the minor and his/her family will be promoted declaring
the minor an emancipated minor: OR
