The parties shall confer and submit a proposed ¿nal pre-trial order to the assigned trial judge on or before

Plaintiff must forward the proposed Final Pre-Trial Order to the Defendant at least 14 days prior to due date of order.

Defendant must return the Final Pre-Trial Order to Plaintiff at least 7 days prior to due date of order.

If the Plaintiff fails to submit the Final Pre-Trial Order within 14 days prior to the due date of this order, the Plaintiff will be
subject to sanctions on motion of the Defendant or on the Court’s own order. Such sanctions may include barring of evidence.
6.
If the Defendant fails to submit the Final Pre-Trial Order within 14 days prior to the due date of this order, the Defendant
