The parties having previously agreed to submit this matter to binding arbitration, and the case previously having
been referred to the Chicago Bar Association Matrimonial Fee Arbitration Project with a schedule set by this court, and
there being a change in circumstance requiring a revision to the original arbitration schedule, it is hereby ordered that:
The Chicago Bar Association Matrimonial Fee Arbitration shall be conducted by the date of ___________________
_______________________, _________, and the parties shall file the Arbitration Award with the court within three
(3) business days of receipt of the Award from the Chicago Bar Association.
