Plymouth Court, Chicago, Illinois 60604, four (4) copies of each of the following: (1) this Order; (2) the Petition for Setting Final Attorney's Fees and Costs; (3) all responses and replies thereto; (4) the written attorney/client engagement agreement; and (5) an explanation of time spent and professional services rendered on behalf of the Client with pertinent copies of time and billing records. At the same time, the Attorney shall provide the Client with copies of any such documents prepared by the Attorney that have not previously been provided to the Client.
