IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel be prepared to discuss and advise the Court as to what exhibits can be
agreed to for admission, authenticity or other limited purposes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel appear at the Trial Conference prepared to discuss the following:
1. Number of days for trial and what date the trial can begin.
2. Each party’s proposal to settle, if any.
3. Whether the parties will stipulate to a unanimous verdict of 10 or more jurors.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that prior to trial, any depositions to be used at trial should be reviewed by counsel for
objections.
The case may proceed to voir dire on the date of the Trial Conference.
If settlement is to be discussed, clients, including Insurance Representatives, shall be available in person or by telephone.
Continuances will be disfavored and granted only upon a written motion and a showing of good cause.
