(725 ILCS 5/104-26(c)(3.5)) Respondent/Disabled person/Defendant, ___________________________________________________________________________________ is adjudicated as a mentally disabled person as defined in 430 ILCS 65/1.1, or was found to have been involuntarily admitted, and s/he: presents a clear and present danger to him/herself or to others. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(1)) lacks the mental capacity to manage his/her own affairs or is adjudicated a disabled person as defined in the Probate Act of 1975, 755 ILCS 5/11a-2. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(2)) is not guilty in a criminal case by reason of insanity, mental disease or defect. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(3)) is guilty but mentally ill, as provided in the Unified Code of Corrections, 730 ILCS 5/5-2-6. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(3.5)) is incompetent to stand trial in a criminal case. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(4)) is a sexually violent person as defined in the Sexually Violent Persons Commitment Act, 725 ILCS 207/5(f). (430 ILCS 65/1.1(6)) has been found to be a sexually dangerous person under the Sexually Dangerous Persons Act, 725 ILCS 205/1.01 et seq. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(7)) is unfit to stand trial under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, 705 ILCS 405/1-1 et seq. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(8)) is not guilty by reason of insanity under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, 705 ILCS 405/5-605. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(9)) is subject to involuntary admission as an inpatient as defined in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code, 405 ILCS 5/1-119. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(10)) is subject to involuntary admission as an outpatient as defined in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code, 405 ILCS 5/1-119.1. (430 ILCS 65/1.1(11)) is subject to judicial admission as set forth in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code, 405 ILCS 5/4-500. (430 ILCS 65/1.1 (12)) is subject to the provisions of the Interstate Agreements on Sexually Dangerous Persons Act, 45 ILCS 20/0.01 et seq.
