For the Division of Assets (over $100) and Assumption of Liabilities/Debts
NOW COME, Co-Petitioners, pursuant to a Joint Petition for Simplified Dissolution of Marriage;
and state that the fair market value of all marital property, after deducting debts owed, is less than
$10,000, and furthermore agree to the distribution of all marital assets over $100 and the assumption of
marital debts and liabilities as follows:
