The duration of the marriage does not exceed 8 years.
3.
Irreconcilable differences have caused the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage and the parties have been
separated 6 months or more. Efforts at reconciliation have failed and/or future attempts at reconciliation
would be impracticable and not in the best interests of the family.
4.
No children were born of the relationship of the parties or adopted by the parties during the marriage, and
the wife, to her knowledge, is not pregnant by the husband.

The parties waive any right to a bifurcated hearing in this matter. (A hearing held in 2 parts – one to decide
the issues related to granting the dissolution and the other to decide any property or related issues.)

Neither party is dependent on the other for financial support and each party waives the right to maintenance
(commonly known as alimony).
7.
Neither party has any interest in real estate.
8.
Neither party has a gross annual income in excess of $20,000. Husband’s gross annual income from all
sources is $_______________. Wife’s gross annual income from all sources is $_______________. The
total annual income of the parties is less than $35,000.
9.
The parties have disclosed to each other all assets and tax returns for all years of their marriage.
10.
The parties agree the total fair market value of all marital property, after deducting any debts, is less than
$10,000.
11.
The parties have executed a written Agreement dividing all assets in excess of $100.00 in value and
allocating responsibility for all debts/liabilities between the parties. A copy of this Agreement, signed by
both parties, is filed with this Petition.
WHEREFORE, THE PARTIES PRAY THAT:
1.
A Dissolution of Marriage be granted, dissolving the bonds of matrimony between them.
2.
The written Agreement of the Parties dividing marital assets, debts and liabilities, a copy of which is filed
with this Petition, be incorporated into the final order and judgment of this Court granting the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage.
3.
