TO THE ENTRY OF AN ORDER OF JUDGMENT AND SALE
Said taxes having been assessed upon the valuation shown in the schedule of land and that application has been made
for an Order of Judgment and Sale for Taxes against said property for the following reason, to wit:
PROTEST DUE TO EXEMPTION
x That said land and/or premises are exempt from taxation as per 35 ILCS 205/9.

PLEASE NOTE:
If your objection is based on the assertion that the property is exempt from taxation, the Real Estate
taxes do not need to be paid at the due dates. However, this objection must be filed with the Circuit
Court Clerk and an application for exemption should be filed with the DuPage Board of Review.
The Objector relies specifically on the Objections as noted above.
WHEREFORE, the Objector(s) pray(s) that the Order for Judgment and Sale against the premises may be
refused, and that the Court grant a refund as the right of the case may be.
