and not in the military service of the United States.
2. Expressly waive:
(a) The necessity of process of summons.
(b) Further notice of the time and place of the hearing on the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage

3. Consent that:
(a) An immediate default may be taken and entered against me upon the filing of this Appearance or any
time thereafter and that an immediate hearing may be had on all issues without further notice to me.
(b) A Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage may be entered in this cause in accordance with the terms of

4. Further represent that I:
(a) Have full knowledge of the proceedings pending for dissolution of marriage herein, or that such
proceedings will be filed.
