PRETRIAL SERVICES BOND RELEASE
As a condition of your bond, the Court may order you to report to Court Service Pretrial Unit.
The Court Service pretrial Unit is located on the first floor of the Kane County Judicial Center,
Room 150. The Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After 5:00
p.m. or on weekends and holidays, there is an answering machine available to leave a message.
Our phone number is (630) 232-5805. If you are released from jail on a weekend on/or after
5:00 p.m., and ordered to Court Service Pretrial Unit for supervison, it is your responsibility to
call our office the next working day to schedule an appointment. Your failure to contact our
office is a violation of bond and can result in further criminal charge. If you have any questions
