It is the defendant's responsibility to report to the appropriate Community Service Coordinator with a copy of the court order to set up a schedule. The defendant will also sign out for all breaks that have been approved by the Site Supervisor. CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY HOURS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY LOGGED ON THE TIMESHEETS. 3) The worksite will return the original copy of the timesheet to the above address upon completion of all hours assigned. CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE TOP COPY IS REMOVED FROM THE WORKSITE BY THE DEFENDANT. 4) Hours should be completed ONE MONTH PRIOR to the final court date or as otherwise directed by the sentencing judge. Any hours completed after those dates may not be accepted. 5) The defendant will follow the instructions of the Site Supervisor. If the defendant feels the instructions are unreasonable, the Community Service Coordinator should be contacted immediately.
