A petition having filed in the Circuit of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Lake County, alleging

IS APPOINTED GUARDIAN AD LITEM for the respondent and the guardian ad litem shall
personally interview the respondent prior to the hearing, inform him or her orally and in writing

Court for all motions and the hearing on the petition in this case.
