STIPULATION TO WAIVER OF TWO-YEAR REQUIREMENT
Plaintiff and Defendant hereby agree that the following is true:
1. That we are Husband and Wife, and were married on ____________________,

continuous period not less than six (6) months.
3. There has been an permanent breakdown of our marriage without hope of
reconciliation and we want to get a divorce without proving that one of us is at fault, and we
waive the normal two-year separation requirement.

and we want to be held to this agreement.
