Request the Court to order the expenses of said DNA test be paid by either the person requesting the DNA testing or if the person is found to be indigent, the County of Will; 6. Request the Court to conduct a bench trial on the issue of paternity, custody, and/or visitation; 7. Request a free transcript of these proceedings, for an appeal, should Respondent be found indigent.
