ORDER
The Motion for Issuance of Subpoenas is before the Court; and the Court is
satisfied that it conforms to the provisions of Rule 17(b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal
Procedure and finds that the motion shall be granted.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that subpoenas shall be issued to the defendant
aby the Clerk; that the Defendant shall prepare the subpoenas, to include name and address and
other necessary information, as to each person listed in the motion. Witness Fees shall be paid in
the same manner in which similar fees are paid to a witness subpoenaed in behalf of the
government.
The Defendant shall deliver the subpoenas to the U. S. Marshal for service at
public expense not later than ten days prior to the schedules trial date. Costs incurred by process
shall be paid in the same manner in which similar costs are paid in behalf of the government.
This motion and order shall be filed under seal and its contents not disclosed, except to the U.S.
Marshal.
Be advised that a subpoena issued by the U.S. District Court for a date certain
remains in full force and effect for any subsequent dates to which the appearance or trial date is

continued. It is the obligation of the attorney issuing the subpoena to convey this information to
the person receiving the subpoenas.
In the event the U.S. Marshal is unable to serve the individual names in the
subpoenas, counsel, is advised to seek an additional order from this court for alternative methods
of service.
