MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF
SUBPOENAS
Defendant ______________________________ moves the Court for an Order
that subpoenas be issued, addressed to each of the following persons:
and that the costs incurred by process and fees of the witnesses so subpoenaed be paid as in the
case of witnesses subpoenaed in behalf of the government.
The presence of the above-named witnesses is necessary to an adequate defense;
the Defendants cannot safely go to trial without the witnesses, and the Defendant is unable to
pay the fees of the witnesses. This motion is made under the provision of the Federal Rules of
Criminal Procedure 17(b).
