Interpretation--Reasonable Time Instruction No 1 Request by Plaintiff Given as Proposed Refused Withdrawn Request by Defendant Given as Modified Requested by Given on Court's Motion Judge Instruction No 1 If a contract does not state a specific time in which the parties are to meet the requirements of the contract, then the parties must meet them within a reasonable time.
