CITATION IN CONTEMPT
It having been made to appear to the Court that you failed to comply with this Court's order in aid of
execution ordering you to appear for questioning concerning your property, assets, and income,
THEREFORE, YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO EITHER:
1. CONTACT THE JUDGMENT CREDITORS ATTORNEY WITHIN 10 DAYS TO FURNISH INFORMATION
UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY CONCERNING YOUR PROPERTY AND INCOME; OR
2. PERSONALLY APPEAR BEFORE THIS COURT ON THE DATE APPEARING ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF
THIS NOTICE AT 8:30 AM AT AGRICULTURAL HALL/KANSAS EXPOCENTRE - CORNER OF TOPEKA BLVD &
17TH STREET. (ENTER AT 17TH & EXPODUSTER DRIVE), and show cause why you should not be held in
contempt of Court. Failure to appear could result in the issuance of a warrant for your arrest.
You are encouraged to contact the attorney for your creditor so that the matter can be resolved in advance
and your appearance not required.
