MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR CREDIT COUNSELING
Debtor, by counsel, hereby moves the Court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §109(h)(3)(A)(i-iii) for
an extension of thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of the petition to obtain credit counseling
and file with the Court the certificate from the approved nonprofit budget and credit counseling
agency that provided the credit counseling services pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §521(b).
In support of said Motion, debtor states:
Wherefore, the debtor respectfully requests that the Court grant an extension of thirty (30)
days from the date of the filing of the petition to obtain credit counseling in accordance with 11
U.S.C. §109(h)(3).
