I make the following statement in lieu of filing the Financial Statement, CV-043. To the best of
my knowledge the following statement is true.
I certify that in the divorce action in which I am a party,
1. Neither party is seeking alimony;
2. Neither party is seeking attorney fees;
3. Neither party owns any real estate; and
4. All of the personal property of the parties has been divided in a manner satisfactory
to each of the parties.
I understand that if the opposing party disagrees with any of the above statements, I will be
required to file the Financial Statement.
