In Re: Incapacitated Person/Protected Person Upon petition for appointment of temporary conservator and upon hearing, this Court determines that there presently is no conservator for , that no other person appears to have authority to act, and that a circumstance that leads to a serious, immediate and irreparable harm to the health or financial interested of the person alleged to be in need of protection exists requiring the appointment of temporary conservator for him/her. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED: 1. That be and hereby is appointed temporary conservator for pursuant t o the provisions of 18 - A M.R.S. 247 5 - 408 - A . 2.
