NOTICE
Communications between the parties and the mediator shall be confidential and may not be
disclosed, except as required by law.
In the event that the parties reach a proposed agreement on some or all of the
disputed issues, the mediator shall prepare a written draft of the agreement and
send copies of it to the parties and their attorneys. If the agreement is approved as
submitted, or as modified by the parties, the mediator shall submit it to the Court
for approval and entry as an Order. If no agreement is reached or the mediator
determines that mediation is inappropriate, the mediator shall so advise the Court,
but shall not state the reason.
Any existing Orders of the Court regarding custody and visitation shall remain in
full force and effect.
