I was convicted of a crime specified in Code, Criminal Procedure Article, §10-105 (a)(9); three years have passed since the later of the conviction or satisfactory completion of the sentence, including probation; and I am not now a defendant in any pending criminal action other than for violation of vehicle or traffic laws, ordinances, or regulations not carrying a possible sentence of imprisonment. The case was compromised or dismissed pursuant to Code*, Criminal Law Article, § 3-207, former Code*, Article 27, § 12A-5, or former Code*, Article 10, § 37 and three years have passed since disposition.
