6. At this time, the alimony payor is seeking a modification of alimony because:

the judgment ordering alimony is modifiable, the existing alimony order exceeds the duration limits of
G. L. c. 208, § 49, and:
it is March 1, 2013 or after and the parties were married for 5 years or less.
it is March 1, 2014 or after and the parties were married for 10 years or less, but more than 5 years.
it is March 1, 2015 or after and the parties were married for 15 years or less, but more than 10 years.
it is September 1, 2015 or after and the parties were married for 20 years or less, but more than 15 years.
B)
it is March 1, 2013 or after and the alimony payor has reached full retirement age as defined in G. L. c. 208, § 48,
or will reach full retirement age on or before March 1, 2015.

the recipient spouse has maintained a common household as defined in G. L. c. 208, § 49 with another person
for a continuous period of at least three months.
