We have printed new forms to be used. If you have old forms, please throw them away and use the new form which has been enclosed for your convenience. This ensures that the most current form is being used to request an abatement for parenting time. Abatements can only be entered after the parenting time has occurred and credits will only be applied to the account at the end of the parenting time. If the credit causes your account to be overpaid, a refund to the payer may be due. The change that was made in our system will only allow money to be returned to the payer if all accounts on all cases are current or overpaid. If there are any arrearages, the system will not refund money. Please note; the refunded amount may not be the same amount as the abatement credit. We are working hard to ensure everyone gets the credit they are entitled to. Your patience is appreciated while we work through this change.
