I agree to save the cost of service of the Summons and Petition in this proceeding. I understand the following: 1. Signing this document starts the third party custody process; 2. Signing this document does not mean that I agree with everything in the Petition. It only means that I have received a copy of the Summons and Petition, and I understand that I will retain all defenses or objections to this proceeding or to the jurisdiction or venue of the court except for objections based on a defenct in the Summons or in the service of the Summons; 3.
