Further, they have joined in the petition or they have been served with a Rule 81 summons and there is a proper return for each person in the court file or there is a duly executed waiver of process and entry of appearance in the court file that has been signed and dated at least one day after the filing of the petition to close. 8. All probated claims have been paid and evidence of such payment is in the court file or the probated claims will be paid in conjunction with this estate closing and a final report shall be filed so evidencing payment. 9.
