DEBTOR’S RESPONSE TO MORTGAGEE’S NOTICE OF
MORTGAGE PAYMENT CHANGE
The debtor responds to the Mortgagee’s Notice of Mortgage Payment Change as follows:

Debtor objects to the mortgagee’s notice of mortgage payment change and
requests a hearing on this issue. Documentation supporting the payment change

Was not attached to the notice, and accordingly Debtor requests that the
documentation substantiating such payment change be provided within 14
days of the date of this response.

Debtor does not object to the mortgagee’s notice of mortgage payment change
and will propose a modified plan to provide for this change.

Debtor does not object to mortgagee’s notice of mortgage payment change and
authorizes the Chapter 13 trustee to make the change and to adjust the Chapter 13
plan payment, if in the trustee’s opinion, the Chapter 13 plan payment must be
increased to comply with 11 U.S.C. §§1322(a)(1) and/or 1322(d).
