LICENSE WITHOUT STATUTORY WAITING PERIOD
The Applicants state to the Court that they are of lawful age for marriage; that they want to
contract a marriage in the State of Missouri; and that for the following reasons it is necessary for said
license to be issued without waiting three (3) days as ordinarily required by Section 451.040 RSMo:
WHEREFORE, the Applicants request an order of the Court waiving the three (3) day
waiting period and requiring the Recorder of Deeds to issue said marriage license.
