IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows:
10. The marriage between the plaintiff, and the defendant, is hereby dissolved.
Except for review on appeal, remarriage, and continuation of the health insurance
coverage, this Decree shall become final and operative 30 days after this Decree is filed
or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. For purposes of
remarriage, neither the plaintiff nor the defendant may remarry anyone anywhere in the
world for six months after this Decree is filed with the Clerk of the District Court.
11. The plaintiff is awarded custody of the minor child(ren) of the parties.
12. No child support is ordered at this time and no parenting plan is attached to
this Decree because the court does not have jurisdiction over the defendant.
13. Each party shall keep the property in each party’s possession.
