The Early Case Conference must be held within 30 days of the filing and service of the Answer. By stipulation of the parties, the conference may be continued for no more than 90 days after the service of the Answer, and under no circumstance can the conference be continued for more than 180 days after the service of the Answer. A Joint Case Conference Report is filed at the conclusion of the conference and is meant to provide the court with an overview of the case and to reflect the plan of the parties to resolve the matter prior to trial.
