Failure to select a judge within the specified time will require the parties to choose from 3 randomly selected judicial panelists from the qualified court panel list; WHEREAS no jury demand has been filed in this action, the parties agree to deposit with the Clerk’s Office in concurrence with filing this Stipulation a jury demand and jury fees in the amount of $160.00 and to deposit with the Presiding Judge fees in the amount of $1500.00; WHEREAS a jury demand has already been filed in this action, the parties agree that if the jury fees paid were in the amount of $120.00 to deposit with the Clerk’s Office immediately and in concurrence with filing this Stipulation additional jury fees in the amount of $40.00 and to deposit with the Presiding Judge fees in the amount of $1500.00 (if jury fees were paid in the amount of $400.00 no further jury fees are required); STP FORM 1 (2 of 3) American LegalNet, Inc. www.USCourtForms.com CASE NAME/CASE # WHEREAS pursuant to N.S.T.R. 4(b) the parties are to deposit with the Clerk’s Office all costs in concurrence with filing this Stipulation and pursuant to N.S.T.R. 4(c) costs shall be estimated at $2,500 unless the parties stipulate to another amount; WHEREAS the parties herein agree that the results of the short trial are binding and direct appeals to the supreme court will not apply to this case.
