No. , Defendant/Respondent. / NOTICE OF CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE TO: Plaintiff/Petitioner and Defendant/Respondent PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Case Management Conference has been set in your case on , 20, at the hour of .m. in Department of the Family Court located on the 1st Floor 3rd Floor of the Courthouse at One South Sierra Street, Reno, Nevada. This conference will take from 30 minutes to 1 hour. You will not need witnesses for this conference. A Case Management Conference Statement must be completed, filed with the filing office, and served on the other party at least 10 days before the Conference. A Court approved Financial Disclosure Form must be completed, filed with the filing office, and served on the other party no later than 30 days after service of the complaint or petition. For a divorce case which does not include children, the Court will make temporary orders regarding possession of the marital home and community vehicles; the payment of spousal support; interim attorney222s fees; and any other appropriate issue raised in the Case Management Conference Statements. 2. For a custody or paternity case, the Court will make temporary orders regarding legal and physical custody of the children; a visitation schedule; the payment of child support, including health insurance, premiums, and any unreimbursed medical expenses; the date and time for mediation for issues of custody and visitation; whether co-parenting classes will be ordered; and any other appropriate issue raised in the Case Management Conference Statement. 3. For a divorce case which includes children, the Court will make temporary orders regarding all the issues set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 above. 4. For all cases, the Court will make orders regarding discovery and other issues involving obtaining and disclosing evidence including witnesses to be used at the trial. You should be prepared to set a settlement conference date at the Case Management Conference. One of the goals for a Case Management Conference is to attempt to resolve some or all of the issues presented by your case. The Court will entertain settlement discussion at the Case Management Conference with the agreement of both parties.
