Temporary Letters are valid for a short period of time by Nevada law. The duties and authority of the Temporary
Guardian are limited to those needed to address the substantial and immediate emergency faced by the Temporary Ward,
absent a court order expanding the duties and authority of the Temporary Guardian. Any person relying upon these
Temporary Letters may find it beneficial to see the Order Appointing Temporary Guardian or Order Relating to
Extension of Temporary Guardianship. If General Letters of Guardianship have been issued and not subsequently
rescinded or revoked, these Temporary Letters of Guardianship are null and void.
