Employer has been instructed to deposit the amount of $100.00 as security in the event
that this Adverse Party is found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained.
However, Adverse Party alleges that the amount of $100.00 is insufficient to pay for

the costs and damages that may be incurred or suffered by this Adverse Party in the event that
