We are enclosing the following materials in response to your request for the forms to register
securities pursuant to the Small Corporate Offering Registration (SCOR) program in the State of
New Jersey:

The fee for registration of securities in New Jersey is $1,000, and is filed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 49:361, registration by qualification. The check should be payable to New Jersey Bureau of Securities.
The check need not be certified.
