It appearing the completion of this matter in a timely fashion requires it be accorded priority scheduling status; and
As a result of this status and in accordance with N.J.A.C. 12:205 – 3.10 (e), the court hereby instructs the parties to
designate the witnesses remaining to be called and adhere to a prescribed schedule of dates for the presentation of same;
