The ownership documents must show appropriate transfer to theregistered dismantler or scrap processor filing the form. The MV-907M is not an ownership document and it should not be used inthe place of a MV-907A Salvage Certificate (Statement of Acquisition). Once the vehicle is listed on the MV-907M, the vehiclemay never be titled again, the vehicle and its component parts may not be transferred to any entity other than a scrap processor. Avehicle listed on a MV-907M is considered destroyed and may not be in the inventory of a Dismantler after the date noted on theMV-907M.
