recommendation to the court regarding the suitability of adjusting the case pursuant to section
308.1 of the Family Court Act; and
Consent to the referral of the case to the probation service for adjustment services
having been given by the victim or complainant and Q the Respondent and Q the Presentment
Agency, the Court finds that the case is suitable for referral to the Probation service for
adjustment services.1
