in foreclosure filings in various courts around the nation were reported by m ajor
m ortgage lenders and other authorities, including failure to review docum ents
and files to establish standing and other foreclosure requisites; filing of notarized
affidavits which falsely attest to such review and to other critical facts in the
foreclosure process; and “robosignature” of docum ents.

accuracy of the identity of the proper plaintiff, the defaults and the amounts claimed to be due to
