Please complete this form and submit your logo artwork according to the requirements described below. Company logos are included on the NASDAQ MarketSite® Video Wall and Tower, both located in New York Times Square, and on websites including NASDAQ.com, NASDAQOMXTrader.com and NASDAQ OnlineSM. GUIDELINES FOR ARTWORK 1. File type: Vector EPS (encapsulated Postscript) format created in a vector drawing program (Adobe Illustrator CS5 or lower). 2. 3. Three versions of the company logo (six if both horizontal and vertical aspect versions are available): a. A version in color suitable for a white/light background b. A version in color/reversed suitable for black/dark background c. A version in grayscale All type must be converted to outlines. 4. All required registered marks, trademarks and service marks should be part of the logo artwork. 5. Corporate tag lines cannot be part of the logo artwork. 6. NASDAQ cannot accept logos in the following applications and file formats: Adobe Photoshop or InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word or Excel, Corel Draw, or QuarkXpress. 7. NASDAQ cannot accept flattened artwork (JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF or rastered EPS). SUBMITTING ARTWORK Logos with the completed Submission Form can be zipped (.zip) and emailed to corporate.logo@nasdaqomx.com.
