Instructions as to the Preparation and Filing of the Report 1. An annual report on this form is to be filed by each issuer for which this form is appropriate: (a) On or before September 30, 1937; and, thereafter, (b) Within nine months after the close of each fiscal year of such issuer ending after March 31, 1937. 2. The report, including exhibits, is to be filed with the exchange upon which the securities are registered and in triplicate with the Commission. At least one copy of the report filed with the Commission and one filed with the exchange are to be signed.
