program activity titles or program categories for which the
issuing Assistant Secretary is responsible will be listed on
each Form prepared. The program activities listed must reflect
subdivisions of funds is accordance with the applicable
Apportionment and Reapportionment Schedules (Standard Form 132)
and/or the Advice of Allotment (Form HUD-158).
