Upon the agreement of the parties and for good cause shown, the Court has determined that this case
involves exceptional circumstances and that, in the interest of judicial economy and efficiency, the same should be
disposed of by supplemental arraignment pursuant to D.M.C. Emergency Rule 8.00(o).
