The Guardian states that the Statement of Expert Evaluation filed
indicates that to a reasonable degree of medical certainty it is unlikely that the ward’s mental
competence will improve. Therefore, the Guardian requests the Court to dispense with the filing of
additional Statements of Expert Evaluation.

Upon review of the referenced Statement of Expert Evaluation, and for good cause shown, the
application is approved and the Court dispenses with the filing of subsequent Statements of Expert
