PROBATE COURT OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO
LAWRENCE A. BELSKIS, JUDGE
ESTATE OF
, DECEASED
CASE NO.
ENTRY RELIEVING ESTATE FROM ADMINISTRATION
[SHORT FORM - For deaths occurring after May 30, 1990]
Upon hearing the Application to Relieve Decedent's Estate from Administration, the Court finds that:
Date of death and domicile are true as stated in the Application and the Court has jurisdiction over the
estate;
Notice to other interested parties may be dispensed with as found by the Court to be unnecessary;
Funeral receipt shown
Funeral home contacted by telephone
The values of the assets in the estate listed in this Entry and incorporated by reference in the
Application appear reasonable. Such assets do not exceed the total value of $2,200.00 or $7,200.00
(if there is a surviving spouse) and the decedent's creditors will not be prejudiced by relieving the estate
from administration.
The total value of the estate is equal to or less than the statutory preference for funeral or burial
expenses and the applicant has agreed to pay such expense.
The surviving spouse and/or minor children are entitled to a family allowance after the payment of
the priority claim of the funeral director or burial expenses.
There are minor children of the decedent who are not the children of the surviving spouse.
The Court, therefore, relieves the estate from administration and orders the following distribution:
